Job Summary

Build customer relationships and use product knowledge to identify needs, convert customer interactions into sales opportunities, and grow a loan pipeline. Prospect and cross-sell consumer lending products such as home equity loans/lines of credit, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals. Manage transactions and required documentation to industry and legal standards, track and challenge performance metrics, and improve outcomes with coaching while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

•Ask personalized questions to convert customer interactions into opportunities and connect customers to financial solutions.
•Create and manage a loan pipeline, prospect, and cross-sell home equity loans and lines of credit, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals.
•Source consumer lending opportunities through networking, customer conversations, business development, and proactive prospecting.
•Perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation in line with industry and legal standards.
•Track daily key performance metrics, balance priorities, and support an exceptional customer experience.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma or equivalent.
•Two years of retail banking sales experience or other relevant experience.
•Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
•Ability to obtain a NMLS registration within 90 days.
•Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately, with basic math skills and problem-solving within risk parameters.
