Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, move vehicles to the stall area, and perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty work when required.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs, notify service advisors when additional work or timing changes are required, and document completed work.
  • •Perform or coordinate required road tests, complete basic maintenance and cosmetic reconditioning tasks, maintain reconditioning logs, and meet daily production targets.
