  • •Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across Technology & Operations.
  • •Translate business strategy and organizational priorities into talent and workforce plans.
  • •Design and implement organizational changes that support business objectives; lead workforce planning, restructuring, and organization design initiatives.
  • •Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions; coach leaders on performance management and employee development.
  • •Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, interpret/apply HR policies and best practices, and partner with Employee Relations, Legal, and HR Centers of Excellence as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • •Typically 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering or strategic generalist experience in a complex organization.
  • •Experience supporting technology, operations, shared services, global functions, or transformation-oriented teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience with workforce planning, organization design, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation partnership, change management, and employee relations consultation.
  • •Ability to partner with senior leaders and navigate matrixed HR service delivery models.
