Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational IT projects, including plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
  • •Oversee a programme portfolio and track, monitor, and report progress, outcomes, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and manage project/program interdependencies.
  • •Facilitate governance activities such as weekly status meetings, steering committees, workshops, and regular project reporting.
  • •Establish project governance and controls; manage risks and compliance with methodologies, support change management and benefits realisation, and ensure PMO quality assurance for deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
  • •Proven delivery of complex enterprise/digitized transformation initiatives within IT systems.
  • •Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Exposure to digital transformations such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, ServiceNow and/or enterprise systems projects.
  • •Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred; bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
