Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Serve as the single engineering DRI for Commerce owning technical vision, strategy, and execution across catalog, pricing, promotions, payments, and checkout.
  • •Drive the vision and execution of the next-generation commerce platform leading the shift to a rich, durable catalog domain model.
  • •Define and deliver the engineering roadmap in partnership with product and design — balancing innovation, reliability, scalability, and quality across the commerce domain.
  • •Oversee platform architecture for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance — with particular rigor for payments and financially sensitive transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading multiple teams or organizations in high-growth environments.
  • •Proven success leading cross-functional product engineering teams and owning end-to-end consumer experiences.
  • •Experience in health tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based platforms preferred.
  • •Strong technical background with understanding of modern web and service architectures (Node.js, GraphQL, React, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes).
  • •Expertise in building scalable, secure, and compliant systems handling clinical or health-related data.
