Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain enterprise AI applications such as RAG pipelines, knowledge assistants, LLM integrations, prompt workflows, and agentic AI bots.
  • •Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations that support AI solutions and help optimize model performance, inference latency, and reliability.
  • •Support POC development, demos, and technical validation while collaborating with solution architects and senior engineers.
  • •Assist with deployment of AI solutions across development, staging, and production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource optimization.
  • •Engineer AI data and knowledge pipelines by cleaning/preprocessing datasets, managing vector databases/embeddings/retrieval optimization, and supporting data ingestion automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience with Python development (essential).
  • •Experience with AI/ML frameworks and/or LLM integrations, plus building APIs, backend services, or automation scripting.
  • •Familiarity with vector databases or semantic search concepts and data processing/document parsing workflows.
  • •Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and deployment environments.
  • •Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, RAG basics) and basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), with Git-based workflows.
