Job Summary

Design, build, integrate, and optimize enterprise GenAI solutions with a hands-on focus. Develop RAG pipelines, AI assistants, LLM integrations, agentic bots, and supporting APIs/backend services. Support performance tuning (latency, reliability), data and vector/embedding pipelines, and deployment across development, staging, and production. Collaborate with solution architects on POCs, demos, and technical validation while assisting with GPU/container/cloud/on-prem infrastructure setup.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain enterprise AI applications such as RAG pipelines, knowledge assistants, LLM integrations, prompt workflows, and agentic AI bots.
•Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations that support AI solutions and help optimize model performance, inference latency, and reliability.
•Support POC development, demos, and technical validation while collaborating with solution architects and senior engineers.
•Assist with deployment of AI solutions across development, staging, and production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource optimization.
•Engineer AI data and knowledge pipelines by cleaning/preprocessing datasets, managing vector databases/embeddings/retrieval optimization, and supporting data ingestion automation.

Key Requirements

•Practical experience with Python development (essential).
•Experience with AI/ML frameworks and/or LLM integrations, plus building APIs, backend services, or automation scripting.
•Familiarity with vector databases or semantic search concepts and data processing/document parsing workflows.
•Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and deployment environments.
•Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, RAG basics) and basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), with Git-based workflows.
