•Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ business, goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as primary point of contact, recommending solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).

•Professionalism and working knowledge of banking operations, customer service/relations, and community relations.
•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance requirements.
