Key Responsibilities

•Define the mathematical profile of the game, including the game’s balance, volatility, and player experience
•Create and maintain the game’s PAR sheets and other math documentation, using both Excel and simulations
•Work closely with the Game Designer, prototyping team, and engineering team to ensure the math is implemented accurately and follows the overall game design
•Playtest and iterate on your game’s math and mechanics with an eye toward creating the best player experience possible
•Collaborate with other mathematicians to provide gameplay feedback and recommendations for improvement on each other’s games

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience developing math models for real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets
•Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
•Strong expertise using Excel to model probabilities and perform data analysis
•Familiarity programming in C++, C#, or Python
•Excellent written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate complex and technical concepts to stakeholders across the globe
