Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the mathematical profile of the game, including the game’s balance, volatility, and player experience
  • •Create and maintain the game’s PAR sheets and other math documentation, using both Excel and simulations
  • •Work closely with the Game Designer, prototyping team, and engineering team to ensure the math is implemented accurately and follows the overall game design
  • •Playtest and iterate on your game’s math and mechanics with an eye toward creating the best player experience possible
  • •Collaborate with other mathematicians to provide gameplay feedback and recommendations for improvement on each other’s games

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience developing math models for real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets
  • •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • •Strong expertise using Excel to model probabilities and perform data analysis
  • •Familiarity programming in C++, C#, or Python
  • •Excellent written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate complex and technical concepts to stakeholders across the globe
