Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop control plane and data plane software for IIoT switching and routing products.
  • •Design and develop low-level software components including BSPs, device drivers, and kernel modules.
  • •Code and unit test software components with strong white-box testing and automation skills.
  • •Triage, debug, and run root-cause simulation, including software bring-up and customer failure analysis.
  • •Collaborate with local and remote teams on product requirements, SW functional/design specifications, and unit/integration test plans; review test strategy and plans for functional/system test teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors (12-15 years) or Master’s (10-15 years) in Computer Science, EE/ECE or related fields.
  • •Experience with control plane and/or data plane software and wireless systems (802.11ac/ax/be) plus Linux/RTOS/networking OS internals.
  • •Strong OS knowledge (Linux, RTOS, Unix) including Linux kernel, device drivers, and BSPs.
  • •Proficient in C/C++ and experience developing software/firmware for networking products.
  • •Experience with traffic generators/analyzers (e.g., IXIA/Sniffer is a plus) and hands-on GenAI assistant/NLP technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, MCP, agentic AI).
