•Domain knowledge in solution selling and ability to understand customer needs and position software solutions (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms) that drive productivity and ROI
•Strong collaborator with a growth-oriented, customer-first mindset and ability to build cross-functional partnerships
