Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an SMB sales team daily to grow overall revenue and attain monthly quotas.
  • •Assess pipeline, activity, and forecasts to measure sales progress and identify improvement areas.
  • •Coach Account Executives on SMB sales skills including vertical market management, MEDDPICC qualification, forecasting, sales planning, prospecting, and complex negotiations.
  • •Develop and execute strategies to grow and expand SMB accounts and reinforce value-delivery process steps.
  • •Maintain proactive communication with internal partners and senior leadership, including accurate forecasting/attainment reporting in weekly and quarterly reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of sales team management experience within software sales.
  • •5+ years of prior experience selling software in a quota-carrying role.
  • •BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • •Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business and growing existing install base.
  • •Experience selling eSignature or agreement/document solutions and negotiating complex deals.
