Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day use, testing, and documentation of Legal AI tools and workflows for the Business Legal DACH team and wider Legal team.
  • •Design AI-based solutions including building workflows and agents, and drafting playbooks and templates for recurring legal use cases.
  • •Translate legal requirements into structured inputs for AI-enabled tools in collaboration with lawyers.
  • •Maintain and extend internal know-how resources such as clause libraries, prompt collections, and template repositories.
  • •Prepare and structure clause libraries and metadata for AI tools, including data clean-up, quality checks, and support for testing/benchmarking and user guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Law, Legal Tech, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
  • •Available as a working student up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with a minimum availability of six months.
  • •Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • •Comfortable learning and adopting new digital tools independently.
  • •Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
