Job Summary

Own administration and configuration of One Identity Manager (1IM) environments for Allianz’s Identity & Access Management (IAM). Maintain IAM services, handle incident analysis and change processes, and manage the cloud infrastructure hosting IAM. Ensure IAM processes and operating procedures stay up to date in Jira and Wiki. Partner with a global IAM team to keep access management efficient, secure, and aligned with audit and security requirements.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in system administration and IT operations with IAM tooling such as One Identity Manager (1IM).
•Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, network technologies (DNS, TCP/IP), MS-SQL, Microsoft Active Directory, and Entra ID.
•Experience with PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, and pipeline automation/monitoring.
•Familiarity with IAM concepts, security/risk/governance, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
•Ability to document and transfer knowledge in an international environment with excellent English skills.
