Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate machinery to ensure a continuous flow of products through the production process.
  • •Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed and notify a supervisor if maintenance is required while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Ensure proper ingredients and quantities are used for marination formulas and maintain marination mix temperature according to specifications.
  • •Complete quality assurance verifications and use handheld scanning devices to manage ingredient inventory.

  • •Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • •Basic math skills (adding and subtracting) to track pounds needed and dumped into the marination tank.
  • •Obtain the pallet jack license after being in the job for 2 weeks.
