Job Summary

Provide high-level technical project leadership for power and energy projects, overseeing administrative, commercial, and technical work across moderate to large, regionally scoped efforts. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver within budget, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual obligations. Own project lifecycle deliverables (proposal through closeout), develop proposals and plans, manage risk and margin, and coordinate status reporting and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical project leadership and oversee overall performance of assigned projects/portfolios across safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
•Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including tracking hours and expenses, margin analysis, and coordinating with project accounting on cash management and metrics.
•Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans; build WBS tasks and estimated costs.
•Establish technical review levels and ensure QA/QC plan adherence, maintain review records, and develop/maintain project initiation and setup documentation (e.g., Risk, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan).
•Coordinate execution across teams and stakeholders, conduct kick-off and closeout activities, and provide regular client reporting on status, issues, and scope/budget impacts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
•Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
•Proficient understanding of project delivery in the A/E/C industry with strong project management experience.
•Highly proficient analytical, organizational, and communication skills to lead and coordinate across stakeholders.
