Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical project leadership and oversee overall performance of assigned projects/portfolios across safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • •Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including tracking hours and expenses, margin analysis, and coordinating with project accounting on cash management and metrics.
  • •Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans; build WBS tasks and estimated costs.
  • •Establish technical review levels and ensure QA/QC plan adherence, maintain review records, and develop/maintain project initiation and setup documentation (e.g., Risk, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan).
  • •Coordinate execution across teams and stakeholders, conduct kick-off and closeout activities, and provide regular client reporting on status, issues, and scope/budget impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.

  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
  • •Proficient understanding of project delivery in the A/E/C industry with strong project management experience.
  • •Highly proficient analytical, organizational, and communication skills to lead and coordinate across stakeholders.
