Kipling: Seasonal Sales Associate - San Marcos

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand—creating memorable, customer-first shopping experiences through product knowledge and authentic engagement. You’ll help drive individual and team sales goals, support visual merchandising and product replenishment, and maintain brand presentation standards. You’ll also perform cashier duties as needed, support loss prevention initiatives, keep the store clean and customer-ready, and follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
