Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve change requests from manufacturing or suppliers.
  • •Develop rework or modification procedures to support product updates.
  • •Support the product lifecycle from concept definition through detailed design, release to production, and post-production support for ground-based defense systems including effectors.
  • •Work closely with other engineering disciplines, non-technical functions, and suppliers to develop robust design solutions and resolve technical challenges.
  • •Participate in design peer reviews, resolve action items, conduct trade studies, manage tasks to deliver on technical/schedule/financial commitments, and mentor less experienced engineers.
