Support the TikTok Shop US operations team by developing and executing creator growth and ecosystem strategies for the Health category. •Develop and execute creator growth and ecosystem strategies for the Health category, focusing on scalable GMV and creator penetration.

•Manage and grow relationships with Health creators and creator agencies, including creator incubation and long-term partnership development.
•Analyze creator, content, and commerce performance data to find growth opportunities, operational gaps, and category insights.
•Lead creator education initiatives and improve creator-to-seller matchmaking efficiency through operational optimization and process/tooling improvements.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong interest in the e-commerce industry.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights.
•Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to move work forward.
•Proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
•Commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
