Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage projects with moderate and intermediate complexity (Tier 2 & Tier 3) on a full-time basis, with some oversight from the PWS NA Group Manager, Senior Project Manager, or assigned mentor.
•Apply Emerson’s Project Management Execution Process and tools (e.g., TP2000/PATH) with a deeper understanding of their application to independently manage projects of moderate to significant complexity (Tier 2 & Tier 3)
•Coordinate the overall direction, implementation, execution, control, and completion of partially defined and repetitive projects with moderate to significant complexity and risk.
•Plan and execute projects with a strong customer focus, ensuring operational excellence through flawless execution, responsible financial management, and the effective use of tools and best practices.
•Lead communication with internal and external collaborators to ensure consistent and effective information flow.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
•4-5+ years’ experience in Project Management or project engineering.
•Deep understanding of Project Management fundamentals, including methodologies, tools, and best practices for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
•Deep understanding of the Emerson Project Management process such as TP2000 / TP3000 (PATH) to independently manage moderate to significant complexity project (Tier 2 & Tier 3)
•PMP Certification
