Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with internal teams to understand what they’re trying to solve and rapidly prototype around fuzzy requirements.
  • •Build and iterate on AI-powered skills, workflows, and agents for real, non-technical users.
  • •Make technical deployment decisions on what to use/deploy and how to weigh cost versus latency, including architecting front-end-to-infrastructure connections.
  • •Debug in production when issues occur for real users and drive fixes to resolution.
  • •Support a workflow past launch until the team sees measurable outcomes, and feed reusable patterns back to the pod.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong fundamentals in software engineering, able to write correct, working code independently.
  • •Working knowledge of GenAI primitives (prompting, context engineering, MCP tool/function calling) with experience building non-trivial outputs using modern LLM tooling (e.g., Claude).
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end shipping experience via a personal, academic, or internship project.
  • •Ability to break down ambiguous, unscoped problems and drive to a solution without a detailed spec.
  • •Familiarity with cost/latency/security tradeoffs and full-stack literacy across front-end, backend/API, and data layers.
