Job Summary

Support the Lobby Bar & Lounge team at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin by delivering consistently excellent, guest-focused service. Help with menu and beverage guidance, proactively offer alternatives, and execute daily mise en place before and after service. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, assist with inventory/stocktaking, handle guest requests with tact, and be flexible to support other outlets in the hotel when needed.
