Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent capital projects, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvements.
  • •Lead project planning (scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies) and develop/update budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • •Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • •Monitor performance, identify/mitigate risks, facilitate meetings, communicate milestones/status, and manage change control and closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • •5+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting.
  • •Experience managing capital improvement, workplace, renovation, or facility-related projects.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • •Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and consultant management.
