Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an expert in the Billing area, including system operations, data retrieval, and reporting using standard SAP querying and reporting tools.
  • •Implement billing solutions and billing configuration changes to meet requirements from Billing, Bill Printing, Pricing, and Rate & Regulatory departments.
  • •Liaison with business users, vendors, and IT to resolve billing system needs and issues.
  • •Assess impacts of application and system changes on business operations and other applications.
  • •Create testing strategies and coordinate resources to plan and execute UAT and coordinate cut-over and production implementation, including training end users.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of experience with business systems in a billing environment, with SAP highly preferred, including billing system administration and analysis.
  • •Ability to lead enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of billing systems, including creating complex rate structures and mentoring junior team members.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with billing teams, internal customers, IT, and system vendors.
  • •Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and standard project management methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., mathematics, research methodology, computer science, or business); a master’s degree is desirable.
