Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account teams to engage with strategic customers, uncovering workflows and technical needs across simulation, data, and AI.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics to enable next-generation engineering workflows.
  • •Set the strategic vision for engagement by aligning Data Intelligence and AI Physics capabilities with customer priorities in simulation, AI, and digital engineering.
  • •Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders to influence adoption strategies and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • •Capture and document customer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in customer-facing solution architecture for data intelligence or AI/physics workflows.
  • •Ability to design end-to-end solutions leveraging data intelligence and physics-based capabilities.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
  • •Experience capturing customer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers, and translating them into actionable plans.
  • •Comfort collaborating across marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and impact.
