Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the European benefits renewal process within a global benefits broker/consultancy management model.
  • •Analyze benefits across usage, employee experience, service/coverage, cost, effectiveness, and competitiveness.
  • •Contribute input to benefit plan design and process change opportunities based on market practice and industry trends.
  • •Prepare written proposals to support renewal activities.
  • •Prepare employee communications and benefit documentation, maintaining accuracy; assist with ad hoc benefit projects including pensions and leave.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • •Interest in benefit renewals across multiple countries.
  • •Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while working with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills.
