Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of digital health and AI tools for HIV and TB prevention, treatment, and adherence, collaborating with delivery teams to integrate solutions into program strategies.
  • •Develop scalable self-care strategy and design consumer- and provider-facing tools to improve sustainability and long-term impact.
  • •Coordinate prevention product introductions in alignment with product strategy and country teams, providing technical guidance for integration with AI-driven solutions.
  • •Develop and manage an AI framework across HIV and TB delivery, addressing ethics, regulatory, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) considerations for responsible AI use.
  • •Engage stakeholders globally and locally, represent delivery teams on AI forums/task forces, and contribute to evidence generation and metrics/KPIs to measure public health impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • •At least 10 years of applied experience in data science, AI, or a related technical field, ideally with global health programming in HIV and TB.
  • •Proven experience developing digital and AI models/tools/products, including machine learning, modeling, and data analytics solutions for healthcare and public health.
  • •Proven knowledge of HIV and TB prevention, treatment, and adherence programs, including self-care strategies.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders across global and country levels, with strong written and verbal communication.
