Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of project managers to support standardization, best practices, and high-quality project delivery.
  • •Develop project plans and timelines with project managers and stakeholders, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and issues impacting project delivery.
  • •Establish guidelines for system documentation and oversee documentation processes to ensure compliance.
  • •Collaborate with department heads and IT to align solutions with business objectives and to prioritize developers and resources.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or an analytical role delivering complex projects.
  • •Proficiency in planning, monitoring, and controlling programs, with the credibility to advise project teams.
  • •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including English communication, motivating and inspiring team members.
  • •Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or other project management certification is a plus, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
