Perform entry-level vehicle reconditioning work in Carvana’s Inspection Center, including detailing vehicles (washing, interior cleaning, exterior buffing) or moving vehicles between departments. You may also take vehicle photos for customer viewing and/or inspect vehicles to identify interior/exterior imperfections. Work in a fast-paced environment using safety equipment and operate required tools and equipment, with mandatory overtime possible based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
•Move vehicles from one department to the next in the Inspection Centers.

•Inspect vehicle interior and exterior to identify imperfections/defects.
•Work scheduled shifts and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.

•Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
