•Lead and develop a high-performing team of 6 to 8 engineers, supporting performance, coaching, and day-to-day execution in a high-trust environment.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership through design reviews, technical planning, code review, bug fixing, and feature development.
•Help the team solve ambiguous, high-leverage technical problems in AI systems and product infrastructure.
•Drive execution, trade-offs, and high engineering standards to create clarity in fast-moving situations.
•Hire bar-raising candidates by partnering with Talent Acquisition to execute hiring plans and close strong engineers.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager with a track record of leading engineering teams of comparable scope in problem-dense environments.
•Strong technical credibility with the ability to stay hands-on and guide architecture, implementation quality, and execution.
•Experience partnering with product or leadership on roadmap direction, prioritisation, and delivery.
•High AI fluency in day-to-day workflow; actively use AI agents to plan, build, and review technical work.
•Prior exposure to AI/ML domains or experience on SaaS platforms, infrastructure, or product engineering is highly valued.
