Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges and/or chambers.
  • •Provide technical oversight, delegate tasks, and lead teams to shape technology roadmaps and modernization.
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges/chambers and test equipment.
  • •Work with chamber/range equipment and service suppliers, and oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers.
  • •Support government personnel and programs to define/refine requirements for range and chamber compliance, and provide guidance and training to employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or 8 years with an advanced degree; including experience testing antennas/radomes in a chamber or operating antenna/radome/RCS ranges/chambers.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of antenna and/or sensor measurement theory and range operation.
  • •Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
  • •Ability to obtain special program access after start.
