Floor Care Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Maintain and restore floors and upholstery across a portfolio of Retail and back-office sites. Perform tasks such as stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of multiple floor types, plus routine cleaning coverage when janitorial staff needs support. Complete and close work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System using a cellphone/iPad/computer, manage supplies and tools, and maintain assigned vehicles and electronics while communicating professionally with colleagues and customers.
