Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor recycling, wastewater treatment, and ultra-pure water generation processes to meet the process plan targets.
•Collect and analyze process control data, respond to alarms using immediate and historical trends, and implement course corrections as needed.
•Troubleshoot and repair day-to-day process and equipment problems (including pump replacement) and escalate major issues to engineering/maintenance.
•Support experiments and system transitions through start-up, commissioning, and qualification; perform standard tests and analyze samples using laboratory equipment.
•Maintain ISO/HAZMAT-aligned work (calibration, hazardous waste storage/shipment, spill response), keep accurate records, and provide training while following 5S and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED with 1 year relevant experience, or an associate degree in a technical discipline with 1 year as Technician I (or equivalent combinations stated).
•Ability to understand wet chemical processes, chemical compatibilities, and respond to process control alarms to bring operations back in control.
•Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in process control, including electrical/electronic and mechanical systems.
•Experience operating computerized (PLC-controlled) and mechanical equipment, with basic statistical/data analysis capability.
•Valid driver’s license and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
