Job Summary

Execute overnight cleaning and daily upkeep for a live events venue, working independently after shows under the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager’s direction. Clean restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, VIP and backstage areas, complete assigned checklists, and help ensure spaces are ready for guests. Maintain safety and orderly work areas, communicate timely needs, and uphold venue policies while representing the venue professionally to visitors, partners, and artists.

Key Responsibilities

•Work under the direction of the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to complete cleaning and daily upkeep after shows and events.
•Complete a checklist for all assigned areas without direct supervision.
•Thoroughly clean bathrooms, employee break spaces, VIP areas, dressing rooms, and backstage office spaces.
•Ensure areas are ready to welcome guests and maintain clean, orderly work areas in compliance with safety regulations.
•Represent the venue professionally to visitors, communicate cleaning needs in a timely manner, and escalate concerns to management when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.2 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•Background in cleaning preferred and general knowledge of cleaning supplies.
•Must be at least 18 years or older.
•Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours.
•Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over, and remain standing for long periods.
•Ability to perform duties professionally, make independent judgment within policy and procedures, and communicate clearly.
