Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NA strategies and improvements in asset reliability across a network of food manufacturing plants.
  • •Drive maintenance KPIs including equipment downtime, preventive maintenance (PM), and urgent work performance.
  • •Support manufacturing sites to develop, optimize, and implement maintenance standards such as PM programs, spare parts management, and stock room management.
  • •Collaborate with sites to define asset criticality and reliability maintenance strategies.
  • •Lead failure analysis using problem solving and continuous improvement tools (RCA, DMAIC) and build site capability via staff assessment, training, and knowledge base development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
  • •Food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated maintenance and reliability engineering capability, including data analysis and continuous improvement tools.
  • •Solid fundamentals in total productive maintenance (TPM) and practical experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
