Sales & Service Lead - Mall at Short Hills

Lead an exceptional in-store guest experience by coaching the team on customer engagement and technical product education. Build and maintain customer relationships daily, analyze reports to drive results, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through selling initiatives and workforce planning. Partner with Operations and Visual leads to manage budgets, inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities, while overseeing recruiting, development, and performance feedback for associates and cashiers.
