Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of scalable, production-grade solutions with TikTok Product Engineering teams.
•Provide architectural guidance and act as a technical subject matter expert across Solutions Engineering.
•Understand TikTok products and technology to identify, develop, and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
•Partner closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities and support client business goals.
•Design and build end-to-end systems and launch strategies, delivering production-level code with maintainability/scalability documentation and test plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Experience as a Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
•At least 5 years delivering backend solutions to clients/advertisers, including technical solution design.
•Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with advertising clients and partners.
