Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of scalable, production-grade solutions with TikTok Product Engineering teams.
  • •Provide architectural guidance and act as a technical subject matter expert across Solutions Engineering.
  • •Understand TikTok products and technology to identify, develop, and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
  • •Partner closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities and support client business goals.
  • •Design and build end-to-end systems and launch strategies, delivering production-level code with maintainability/scalability documentation and test plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Experience as a Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
  • •At least 5 years delivering backend solutions to clients/advertisers, including technical solution design.
  • •Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with advertising clients and partners.
