Senior Cost Control Consultant - Data Center Construction

Oversee the financial aspects of major data center construction programs for a global technology client. Monitor and control costs, manage cash flow and pay applications, and lead commercial challenge of contractors’ and trades’ submissions. Own forecast-at-complete/estimate-at-completion reporting with variance analysis, maintain auditable cost control records, and provide exception-based reporting to project leadership while ensuring compliance and supporting change management.
