Key Responsibilities

•Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device for each vehicle received (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year/mileage/color/options).
•Affix barcode/stock number stickers on each vehicle received and attach trackers as required.
•Assign WO numbers, routing labels, and flag “no key” cars as needed.
•Direct transporters to proper drop zones and report any transport damage.
•Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and provide correct windshield sale identification codes.
•Adhere to safety procedures and cooperate with Safety Excellence initiatives.
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager, including assisting on sale days in vehicle movement through lanes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.63 - 24.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•1–3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred.
•Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
•Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
