Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate voyages in compliance with Charter Party obligations, safety standards, and vetting requirements; identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • •Supervise vessel voyages by ensuring charter party compliance and managing loading/discharge activities to optimize cost and effectiveness.
  • •Maintain clear, timely communication with ship owners, charterers, brokers, and port agents; manage incidents through proper close-out by Owners.
  • •Prepare and process voyage and cargo documentation (e.g., voyage instructions, stow plans, bunker and cargo documentation) in line with regulations and company policies.
  • •Monitor freight and market trends and analyze vessel performance metrics to find operational improvements and cost reductions.
