Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and oversee warehouse staff in receiving, shipping, and storing goods while ensuring SOPs and safety regulations are followed
  • •Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock transfers, inventory reconciliations, and root-cause discrepancy analysis
  • •Train warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, safety regulations, and systems to ensure efficient, accurate work
  • •Coordinate and schedule material movements in and out of the warehouse and transfer inventory with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments
  • •Monitor warehouse performance metrics, support process improvements and system implementations, and maintain accurate inventory records in inventory systems

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel proficiency
  • •Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • •Ability to lead and collaborate effectively, enabling others to share ideas and deliver solutions
