Job Summary

Design-driven Architect to join our Madrid office, contributing to ambitious international projects from early concept through to technical delivery. You will blend conceptual thinking with strong technical execution, work closely with a Project Lead on design development, BIM production, and multidisciplinary coordination, and contribute to proposals, documentation, and reviews under tight timelines in a fast-paced, globally integrated team.

Key Responsibilities

•Take an active role in design development, BIM production, and coordination across disciplines to ensure high-quality outputs on demanding timelines.
•Contribute to design proposals, detailed documentation, and consultant coordination, while participating in reviews and presentations.
•Collaborate with Project Lead and multidisciplinary teams to translate design intent into buildable solutions.
•Manage and contribute to multiple project stages from concept to delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical precision.
•Support team leadership and workload management within a small project-focused team.
