Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for multiple simultaneous satellite production and launch programs, including flight hardware, R&D hardware, tooling, and test equipment.
  • •Partner with production leadership and engineering program management to execute realistic but aggressive plans and integrate schedules into end-to-end programmatic schedules.
  • •Set clear targets and priorities for hardware workcenters, coordinating with production managers to support resource allocation, schedule accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • •Steer production coordinators in a matrix org to ensure daily prioritization and on-time material movement through the factory.
  • •Identify critical path issues, run “what if” schedule modeling for emergent risks, and drive actions to keep progress moving; communicate status via reports, meetings, presentations, and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering (or similar technical) discipline, or 5+ years of professional aerospace work.
  • •2+ years of experience as an integrated master scheduler for medium- to large-sized projects (>2000 lines), including creating resource-loaded schedules.
  • •Ability to translate complex, large-data schedules into clear targets and priorities stakeholders can understand and act on.
  • •Experience scheduling and planning across multiple simultaneous production and launch programs with aggressive but realistic execution.
  • •Comfort working with scheduling processes/tools and supporting implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
