Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor, support safe work practices through strong stockroom standards, and address client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to work constant movement throughout the store, including sales floor and back of house.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
