Key Responsibilities

  • •Own supply planning for the PHF category, including auditing purchase orders, executing emergency POs, and managing stock-on-hand and ordering processes.
  • •Lead supplier weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and track on-time in-full, error rates, and quality issues.
  • •Act as the SME and primary operational contact for category product/supplier issues, resolving supply-related incidents before they impact production.
  • •Balance forecasted demand with supply capacity, implement buffer management, lead SKU rationalization, and manage stock rundown planning.
  • •Support cost reporting and resolve invoice discrepancies for price/quantity mismatches; investigate major supply chain failures or waste incidents to implement preventative improvements.
