Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Commercial Bank Policy Office by writing, updating, and socializing policies, standards, and procedures.
  • •Support regulatory change management by researching, analyzing, and documenting impacts of federal and state laws and regulations.
  • •Assist with cross-border banking risk by assessing risks associated with foreign borrowers and regulatory requirements.
  • •Support international risk through country risk assessments and drafting country exit plans for in-scope countries.
  • •Provide strategic reporting support, drive operational excellence, ensure operational continuity, and develop a horizontal engagement model across team functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of Financial Services or Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a risk-related role (audit, 1st line, or 2nd line).
  • •Experience with Commercial Bank risk work.
  • •Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and autonomy in a changing, Agile environment.
