Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the team achieve sales and productivity goals using key performance indicators. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, inventory and stockroom operations, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention practices, and uphold safety and company policies while fostering an inclusive store culture.
