Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the feed mill at all times (sweep, mop, wash, dust).
•Keep all grounds clean by mowing, removing weeds, and picking up trash and spilled feed as needed.
•Dispose of waste feed and trash by placing it into outside containers or landfill trailers.
•Dust beams, equipment, and railings as needed, and paint railings, beams, and walls as directed by a supervisor.
•Receive bag ingredients using a fork lift, arrange bags for counting/first-in, first-out use, tape broken bags to prevent spillage and contamination, and assist maintenance as directed.

Key Requirements

•Physically able to perform essential duties throughout the workday, including standing and walking.
•Must be able to hold arms in front of the body throughout the workday (arm extension may exceed 15 inches).
•Able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
•Maintain good communication skills.
•Receive bag ingredients into the feed mill warehouse using a fork lift and follow procedures to prevent spillage and product contamination.
