  • •Develop detailed project scope, objectives, timelines, and execution plans ensuring deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • •Coordinate EHS with a safety officer to ensure 100% EHS compliance at site.
  • •Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage verification techniques for changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • •Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors/contractors for flawless project execution and maintain regular stakeholder updates.
  • •Oversee documentation, resource availability/allocation, and vendor bill verification/approval process through payment.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical/Electronics education (Technical Diploma, BE, or BTech) with 6-8 years (or Diploma with 10-12 years) experience in Data Center COLO turnkey project execution.
  • •Solid experience as a project manager delivering end-to-end projects, including project planning and execution planning with resource allocations and dependencies.
  • •Knowledge of UPS and Electrical SLD analysis for Data Centre projects execution.
  • •Proficiency with project management software/tools and strong documentation; PMP certification is valuable addition.
  • •Hands-on ability with CAD/drawings submission and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
