Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the worker experience across recruiting through placement with timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • •Build relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to drive the worker pipeline and brand presence.
  • •Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including running large group onboarding sessions when needed.
  • •Manage the full worker funnel—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
  • •Coordinate interview and new-start scheduling across customer sites and provide on-site PPE and support as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • •Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates.
  • •Comfort running large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.
