Key Responsibilities

  • •Extract and analyze data to diagnose financial drivers and recommend actions to key stakeholders.
  • •Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for business units/functions to address business issues and support initiatives.
  • •Provide inputs for monthly expense and capital review for budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances with operational analytics.
  • •Interpret and analyze financial reports including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
  • •Support month-end closing by analyzing variances and trends and developing forecasts aligned to organizational objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •0–2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Ability to perform financial analysis using financial statements (forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow).
  • •Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
  • •Experience or ability to conduct variance analysis and financial modeling for budgeting and forecasting.
